Henry Brum (son of Phillip Brum and Carrie Chanet) was born 05 Nov 1857 in Alsace Lorraine, Germany, and died 1954 in Washington Co Marietta, Ohio. He married Magdalena Adeline Haas on 03 Aug 1881, daughter of Johann Nicolas Haas and Wilhelmine Becker.

Henry died at the home of his son, Fred Brum in Marietta, OH. He was 97 yrs. old. He is buried at Sand Hill ( German - Lutheran Cemetery), Pleasant Hill, WV Wood Co.

Henry came to America in 1871, & lived in Washington Co Oh , until 1888, when he came to Wood Co WV. I have the obit. for Henry Brum.

Henry Brum stated in 1930 Federal Census dated May 1 1930 that he Immigrated to the United States in 1872. He also stated that he was 73 yrs old, which means he was born about 1857.

Henry was married at the age of 24.(per 1930 Federal Census dated May 1 1930)
