Hello, I’ve been desperately trying to locate my husband’s Family from his mother’s line & my half brother’s family from his father’s line. Their ancestry has been exceptionally hard to find because my husband is Filipino and my brother is African-American.
My husband’s (Filipino) grandparent’s names are Magdalena Mendoza & Severo Sevilla, & my brother’s biological father’s name is Robert Troy Taylor (Jr.); most of his family is in (or from) the state of Texas. The last time any of us heard from him, he was living in Germany.
If anyone out there has any information please, PLEASE, PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE… CONTACT ME!! My email address is… rachael_egy@yahoo.com
I can also be found on Myspace, my URL is… www.myspace.com/rachaelegyrocks
Thank You,
-Rachael (Roxburgh) Egy

Soldiers from the California Army National Guard's 1-140th Aviation Regiment who came home to spend time with family over the Thanksgiving holiday returned to duty Monday morning. The regiment flies and maintains Blackhawk helicopters. The soldiers were able to come home without having to buy a plane ticket thanks in part to the Guard's 146th Air Wing. "It was a blessing ... the week went by too fast," said Andrea Egy, wife of Spc. Jason Egy. The soldiers will first head to Oklahoma for training and then to Iraq. "I will be in support of the units that are already there ... I probably won't see a lot of action," Jason Egy said. Egy's job is to repair Blackhawks, and Monday was likely his last chance to see his family for a year. "By the time I come back (the baby) will already be walking ... that's kind of hard because I know he's not going to recognize me," Egy said. Egy and the other soldiers left Mather Field at 10:30 a.m. Monday. C
