I am researching RUBENSTEIN, BACHUS, ROSEN, MOLOTOK, GOLDSTEIN, GEGDISH, FLEISCHMAN, WEINSTEIN,. Ukranian cities: Chudnov, Solobkowce, Bar.
I am particularly interested in any information on a Burle (Buryl?) Rubenstein who lived in Chicago. He was said to be the oldest person in Chicago when he died in the 1940's. His family left the southern region of Poland early in the 1800's, went to Sweden and then Manchester, England before coming to Chicago. He is said to be related to the pianist, Arthur Rubenstein. His children's names are Jacob, Harris, Abraham and Anna. I am trying to locate his obiturary. Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
