I am searching for information on Matthew Russell, Sr.'s family who resided in Ulster, Ireland in the mid 1750's. Matthew came through the Port of Philidelphia abt 1750 along with 2 or 3 unknown brothers. Any information on these brothers and/or their family would be appreciated.
I am also searching for information on Drury (Drewry) Wilson who is believed to be born abt 1811 d. abt 1865 in Robertson County,TN. It is thought that he married Matilda Redding, daughter of Iredell Redding, a Cherokee Indian. One son was known to be born to this couple, George Beard Wilson b. 23 February 1845 in Robertson County, TN d. 28 February 1917 in TX and one daughter, Nancy Wilson who married a Martin. George Beard was my GGrandfather and married Frances Ellen Standifer daughter of James Standifer and Sarah King. George and Frances had 7 children: 1. Willie Wilson
