James Rushton & Evaline Dean - Amabel Twp., Bruce County, Ontario, Canada

Heinrich Thede m. Caroline Schulz emmigrated from Strasbourg, (then - Germany). He was born in 1796. They arrived at New York. He is shown on passenger lists.

William Kelly - County Tyrone, Ireland and his wife Martha Matilda Baird's 6th child, Theophilis Kelly, married Mary MacPhee.

James Rushton 1856-1937 m. Evaline Dean had 6 children and lived in Amabel Township, Bruce County, Ontario Canada. The family has some information. We are searching for history of emmigration and descendants.

The Thede family moved from Strasbourg, Ontario and farmed at Port Elgin, Ont. Family history is published, however, we're looking for info on descendants. Their grandson,Charles married Malinda Koebke. Their son Milton Thede married Elvina Kelly.

Theophilis Kelly (1845-1906) married Mary MacPhee (1855-1951), the 5th child of Donald & Mary MacPhee.

Donald & Mary (MacGillivray)MacPhee came from Isle of Mull, Scotland in the late 1840's to Toronto, then to Guelph (the fringe of civilization at that time). They followed an oxen trail, the Garafraxa Road then to Mount Forest and later to Saugeen by river raft up the Saugeen River to east of Port Elgin. They settled on townline of Bruce & Saugeen, Ontario, Canada.
