Rusk-Hester-Minor surnames go back from California(1930) toOklahoma/Arkansas(1900) to Carolinas/Tennessee(1760). Branches of the Hester-McAbee-Hess go back to Tennessee/Carolinas(1830). We have links back to John McAbee around Spartanburg, South Carolina
in 1700s. Also to Philip Hess of McMinn, Tennessee around 1826.

Would like to find the linkage into United Kingdom/Europe prior to 1800s.
