| This Family Tree has been compiled by Keith William Russell, younger son of Ralph Benjamin Russell and Mary Bernyce (Bernie) Howe, from information furnished primarily by living family members.Documemtation is very limited. Most of the early Russell and McNeal Family information was furnished by Bernie Howe (Russell) from conversations between herself and Annie McNeal (Mother Russell) when Ralph and Bernie were living with Mother Russell in the early 1930s. Minnie Russell (Wise) also furnished Russell Family information in a letter dated 15 Feb 1960, and in a conversation between Minnie and Bernie (Russell) in the early 1970s which Bernie kept notes on. Additional McNeal Family information was furnished by Ina M McNeal (Thompson), daughter of William Henry McNeal, brother of Annie McNeal (Russell), in a letter dated 24 Mar 1976. Some information has also been compiled from early Federal and State Census Records and also birth, death and marriage records.
