I started to search my family history when my mother died. I wish I had spent more time with her talking about our family as I am finding it hard to trace anything after my Grandmother. Maybe someone viewing this page may know something that can help.
My Mothers name was Margaret Ellen Watson,she was born April 1st 1926 in London,she had 3 brothers, Reginald,Thomas and Campion. she also had a half-brother Robert Vary.
My Grandmothers name was Ellen Margaret Tamplin,born September 1902, I remember that she had sisters but have forgoten thier names. She was married in 1924 my Grandfather William Watson, born in 1901.
My Great-Grandfathers name was William Downs Watson,born about 1872.
My Fathers name is/was Leslie Alexander Russell, born about 1920. I know he had a brother named Jack and a sister named Eileen, but that is as much as I know about him, we lost contact in 1967.
