THE THOMAS DWAYNE RUSH FAMILY OF SHERMAN, TX.

I started working on the Rush family during the first half of 2006 right after I retired from Fisher Controls. I had to retire and I am on disability also, caused from having lung problems and a lung replacement in 1997, all I think caused from Agent Orange when I was station in South Vietnam. I have had a lot of help from other Rush Cousins since I started and also have traded information with them on the Rush family. It seems that the longer that I research the more different names that I run into. I have enjoyed the work that I have done on my family, which also includes my Mother's side of the family also. I started this so that my Granddaughter will have information on all sides of the family and some pictures that I wish I had paid more attention to when my Mom and Dad would be looking at them.
The more I work on this the more Rush Cousins I run into and that has been a reward in itself. I have had the chance to meet one of them in person, and have corresponded with one so much that I feel like I have known them forever.
