Find Family
This is a research in progress for my family. Many family names will be represented. I started this research last year after turning 30 y/o. because I have lost so many loved ones and have not as of yet started my own family. I wanted a piece of the past to hand down to the future. It started with my grandmother Margaret Adeline Key Russell. She died in June of 2001. She was always talking about family and the past and she definitely gave me the bug for wanting to know more.

Since I started this page many things have changed. One of the most important and most emotional was the death of my father, Donald Ray Russell. He died within one month of being diagnosed with cancer. My desire is to make sure his name and history/legacy live on for future generations to know. I also wish to carry on the family history of all of our ancestors.

I am eager to learn, share or just listen. If you see anything that may be false please let me know as I am always trying to update and authenticate. Please email me or snail me... it is always nice to get mail.

And as always... this is a work in progress... not all info is documented.... Thanks... and Nice to meet all of you new cousins!!!!

    This is a picture taken January of 2000 right before Grandma's 98th birthday. The picture is of my grandma, Margaret Adeline Key Russell and myself, Veronica Russell. The picture was taken in Woodlake California at the church of Christ where Grandma has been a member for 60+ years.

    This is a picture taken New Year's Day 2001 at our mother (Shirley Lee Fagunes)'s house in Chiloquin, Oregon. From left to right is: Christopher Russell holding Ashlynn Bailey, Matthew Russell holding Mason Blake and Virginia Russell. Matthew and Virginia are the parents of Mason and Ashlynn. Matthew and Chris are the two oldest sons of Donald Ray Russell.

    This picture was taken in the 1970's in Cleveland, Arkansas. Pictured is Grandpa Dewey Lee Russell, his wife Margaret Adeline Key and their grandson Matthew Stephen Russell. And if you look closely enough you will see me, Veronica, peaking out the window. Was I ever that young?

    This is one of the last pictures I have of my dad and his mother my grandmother in good health. Grandma Margaret Adeline (Addie) Key Russel died June 21, 2001. She was 99-1/2 years old. Her son, my dad, Donald died Nov. 8, 2002 of cancer. His was a sudden and rough bought with cancer. They are both missed greatly.

    This is my GGG-grandfather. His son Ephraim Kingston "Pace" Greenhaw was Adeline's Grandfather and she used to relate stories of these men. Notice any family resemblance?
