| I have been researching the line of John Russell, Sr., of Hadley, Mass for some time. John came to the Colonies with his two son's, John & Phillip, on the ship Defense in 1635. My desire is to trance this line further into English History. He came to the Colonies from Ipswich. I have some information that came to me from other World Family Tree researches, but I have not verified this information to date (2/21/98).
