He leaves his wife, Mrs. Belle Miller; a daughter, Mrs. H.B. Boyce, 39 Notingham Rd. and three sons, Daniel L., Robert F. and Fred Jr., all of Columbus. Champion Bowdall, K. of P. service will be held at 10;30 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Union Cemetery.

Isabella. Arthur is 61 years old, Matilda was 55 years old, Isabella was 21 years old and Mary (Louise) Huddleson was 12 years old. I don't think her age was 12 years; she was born 5 Jan. 1851; she would have been 9 years old at the time of this census. She was attending school. Arthur is a Justice of the Peace of Franklin Tp. His real estate is valued at $2000.00; his personal property at $3500. All were born in Ohio. Enumeration date was June 18, 1860.

Edith born Feb. 1885. Marie born June 1889. Robert born Aug. 1892. All the children were born in OH. All were literate except for 7 yr. old Robert. All were single. Gertrude, Edith and Marie were in school.

Gertrude, 26 yrs., single, a stenographer working in an office. Marie, 20 yrs., single, Commercial School student. Robert, 17 yrs., single, also a student at a Commercial School. All the children were born in Ohio; they spoke English and were literate.

The informant was Margaret Potts, a daughter, of 69 Amazon Place, Cols. Ohio.

George Potts was her father-in-law and the original immigrant of this family.

Ebenezer was born about 1823; he was the oldest boy. Charles was next in age; born 1820-1825. The male 50-60 was the father, Mahlon; born about 1780-1790 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. None of these men were born in Ohio; probably Bucks or Chester Cos. Pennsylvania. The 1840 Census is the first record of the family being in Ohio.

He was married to Sarah (Layton). they had three childre: Jasper, 5 ys. Angeline, 4 ys. and Robert 2 ys. Sarah and the children were all born in Ohio.
