I am researching the following surnames:-

The WISNOM name has died out in Northern Ireland (to the best of my knowledge) and I would be interested to hear from anyone with information on this name. The WISNOM'S were originally from Loughmourne, Carrickfergus. My maternal great grandmother was Mary Wisnom, she was born at Loughmourne, Carrickfergus in 1870. She married William McNeilly in 1891.

My paternal great grandmother was Maria Esler she was born in County Antrim around 1850. She married William Robinson around 1875,they lived at Cogry, County Antrim. She had at least one brother named John Esler. John married Agnes Ann Bell around 1873 they had 11 children some of whom emigrated to Canada & America in the early 1900's. John & Agnes lived at Whappstown, County Antrim.
I have information on Esler families from County Antrim dating back to 1823, I would be willing to share.
