I am researching several lines from the LAKE COUNTY, INDIANA area, and the WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS area.
One is the SEBERGER line. The spelling varies, but John SEBERGER is first found in the 1850 Indiana census. He first married Catherine HACK and had eleven, children. His second marriage was to Susan MULLER and they had fourteen children.

Another line is the SCHEIDT family. Frank B. Scheidt was born in Lake County, Indiana. His father was Bernard SCHEIDT. Bernard married Barbara KLOSS and had six children. He then married Theresa JUSTUS SASSE, a widow with one son. They had two children, Frank B. and Theresa.

Another line is the Peter CMAR family. He married Mary SUCHORSKA in 1913. He immigrated in 1906 from "Austria," and settled in Lake County, Indiana. His father's name was John Cmar. He filed his declaration of intent in Cleveland, Ohio in 1909. Peter had three brothers who immigrated to America. Charles, John, and Vasil. John spelled his name with an "s", "SMAR," and also lived in the Gary, Indiana area.

Mary SUCHORSKA immigrated approximately the same time, from "Austria." Her father's name was John SUCHORSKY, she listed him as deceased on her marriage application. Her mother's name was Martha ORASIC, (spelling is iffy, from marriage application). Mary had a brother, Mike SUCHORSKY, and a sister Anna SUCHORSKA. Both siblings immigrated and were living in the Gary, Indiana area.

Another line is the Martin ROEMER line. His parents immigrated from Kaiserslautern Germany in the late 1880's. Martin and his parents lived in Anderson, Indiana, and Gary, Indiana.

I would appreciate any info, ancestors or decendants, and will gladly share my info.
