Thomas Cole was in Salem, Mass in 1649 and is believed to be the same Thomas Cole that arrived on the ship "Mary and John" in 1633. The following seems to refer to him: " Baptized a Navestock, Essex, England, Widow Ann made Will, 1 Nov 1679, prob 2 (5) 1680; bequeath to sons Abraham and John Cole."
