my father Russell Oscar Howard, parents were either
Earl Thomas, or Thomas Earl Howard. He was married to Emmaline Ann Taylor. befor Oklahoma, they were in Illonois. my father had 6 or 7 brothers, no sisters. All but one of the man died in their 20's or 30's. I knew my uncle Earl Howard and 2nd wife Lena. There was a brother referred to as O.B. Howard
They came from Illonois to Oklahoma during the land rush. 1879.
