The Sadler family of London home page

Interested in Sadler families living in London, Middlesex and Surrey during the the period 1840 to 1900.I would like to find a George Sadler born in the Whitechapel and Spitalfields Union Workhouse in February 1851 to a mother named Ann but with no father listed. Nothing is known what became of him.
There is a George Sadler mentioned in the 1881 census of Newington, Surrey married to Annie. The marriage certificate for these two has been found for the year 1878 with George's father being listed as Thomas. I would welcome news of who his mother was, other members of the family and birth details.
The Annie mentioned above had the unusual surname of Govus. Information relating to that family would also be appreciated.
