I am currently tring to find more information about the grandchildren of David and Nancy Jane Sampson. David was born in England about 1768 and came to Baltimore, Maryland where he married Nancy Jane, born about 1771. They had two children David S. (d. 1834) and David Jr. (b. 1808). David Jr. married Fanny Sprowls (b. 1816). Fanny was the daughter of Arther Sprowls. These children where born to David Jr. and Fanny Sprowls. The children are Marry Ann Sampson (m. James Sprowls), Catherine Sampson (m. Jack Elliott), Nancy Jane Sampson (m. Johnson Ealy), Henry Sampson (m. Adaline Parkinson), John Sampson (m. Ellen Milliken), Phoebe Sampson (m. Will Archer), Silas Sampson (m. Alice Richmond), Libbeus Sampson (m. Martha Richmond), and Elizabeth Sampson (m. James Martin) The infomation that I have obtained from a family bible is incomplete for all the children except for John Sampson who married Ellen Milliken in 1880. John would be my Great Great Grandfather. |
