He married ELIZABETH "BETSY" BUNCH 20 September 1804 in Madison County, Kentucky7, daughter of JAMES BUNCH and ELIZABETH ASHER. She was born 1785 in Madison County, Kentucky, and died Aft. 1840 in Linn County, Missouri.

OLIN BAKER:
The Blithe Baker Genealogy states on page 5 that "Grate Grand Father Baker Name Was John Baker, Grand fathers Name was Bolin Baker, fathers Name Was Andrew Baker and his Brother and Sisters Names Was Robert Baker, Wilim, Soosy, George, James, Poly, Easter, John, Annie. they come to Missoura in 1828 and Stoped a while in Howard, Co. then in Shariton, Co. then in linn." This page heading " St catherine Mo Jan. 20, 1912" On page 8 he states: "My Grand Father and His Wife. Bolin Baker Bornd April 16, 1784 Dide 1840" (Compiler's note: Different handwriting inserts the date of "Aug 31" as a death date.) "Lizabeth Bunch, his Wife Don't Now her Age."

TOKELY BUNCH:
As more evidence comes in it seems more likely that Stokley Bunch was married before. Elizabeth Baker was the second wife and some of the older children belong to the first wife. The 1860 census record shows that there was a third wife, Christena. Much more research needs to be done on this family before anything can be presented as fact.
