The information entered so far is on the decendents of John Jacob Hunker. When Mother (Karhry L. Hunker Thomas) died I found she had been receiving information on the Hunker family from Pearl Hunker of Tiffin, Ohio for several years. This is the information she had. All I have done is put it in Family Tree format. If the information helps you in any way I am glad.

Now I am looking for information on my Father's family in Kentucky (Elizabethtown and Louisville). There are no records prior to 1911 which puts me almost at a dead end since most of his family was born before 1911. Grandpa Thomas (John D. Thomas) was born around 1867 and Grandma Thomas (Susan B. Gibson) was born around 1873. They were married around 1889 or 1890. They had 12 children. Georgia (Born 1891), Ona, Jessie, Alfred P., Roy, Jack, Henry, Charles, Maude, Virgil, Lena, and Chester M. (Born July 9, 1916). Chester is my Dad. John D. Thomas had 2 brothers Felix and Jesse Thomas. Susan B. Gibson had a brother Jesse and a half brother Dick Brawnes.

My Grandma Hunker was Lillian P. Bowersox of Tiffin, Ohio. Her parents were John Bowersox and Anna Beth Egbert of Seneca County Ohio. Her brothers and sisters are Lenord, Howard, Iva, Sarah (married a Burns), Clara, and Rose.

If you have information on the Thomas's of Elizabeth and Louisville, Kentucky or the Bowersox and Egberts of Seneca County Ohio please e-mail me. Thank you for your help and I hope the information I had will help you.
