I am researching the SAYGER, MILLER, OVERMYER, KISSINGER, ALSPAUGH (ALSPACH), FEECE, BRYANT, and HARTMAN surnames. These families primarily lived in the Midwest (Indiana and Ohio), but also have ancestors from Virginia and Pennsylvania. Ancestors may have originated in Germany, Switzerland, and Ireland. My maternal grandfather was Vernon Artella Miller and was born in Fulton County, Indiana in 1885 to Sarah Jane Alspaugh and Henry Miller. Henry Miller died in Illinois around 1921 and Sarah Jane Miller died in Fulton County, Indiana around 1925. I have no further information on the Miller or Alspaugh families or ancestors. I am particularly interested in gathering more information on these families. My maternal grandmother was Versa Vinora Overmyer and was born in St. Joseph County, Indiana in 1887 to Emma Kissinger and Jerome Overmyer. Emma Overmyer died in St. Joseph County, Indiana and Jerome Overmyer died in Cass County, Indiana. I have no further information on these families or their ancestors and would be interested in gathering more information. My paternal grandfather was Hershel LeRoy Sayger and was born in 1894 in Indiana to Nancy Ellen Bryant and William Moses Sayger. I have significant information on these families but would like more. My maternal grandmother was Mary Burnett Feece and was born in 1890 in Indiana to Eliza Willodean Hartman and Peter Feece. I have significant information on these families but would like more.
Any information on these families and their ancestors, particularly the Miller, Overmyer, Kissinger, and Alspaugh families would be greatly appreciated. I will also be happy to share any information I have on these families and their ancestors.
