The Russell Wesley Scarlett Family

I am trying to find information about my father Russell Wesley Scarlett who was born in Dracut, MA in 1914. His father's name was George Scarlett and he was born in NH. His mother's name was Margaret Wesley and she was born in England. His father abandoned the family sometime around 1923 I believe and may have started a new family so the possibilities are many.
