The Francis Cochran Family Home Page

Francis Cochran, Jr. was born in Bath County, Virginia in 1816 and died February 6, 1893, probably in Kanawha Co., West Virginia. He married Agnes Curry, daughter of James and Mary Brooking Curry, in 1831 in Kanawha Co., WV.Their son, Benjamin Franklin Cochran 1854-1934, was my grandfather. He was married to Sophia Hicks and her sister Alice Hicks - not at the same time! B. F. Cochran had 22 children that I know of, one of them being my father, Eugene Rook Cochran, 1890-1963.
I have accumulated quite a bit of information trying to document this family. I would like to find Cochrans that care and share.
