| I am researching the Receveur family for my tree.I will tell you it's real hard to find stuff when everyone is dead. My grandpa,Jules Receveur came to the United States,in 1916,and he brought his wife,Stella Louise Courtois,and two children...They were Emanuelle Curtis Receveur,and Jeanne Receveur.I knowthey applied for citizenship papers in 1923,and they were married in 1903 in France.Grandma had two brothers.One was arthur Courtois,and Emanuel Courtois,both in France.My dad Emanuelle Curtis Receveur was born in 1906 in France,and Jeanne was born in 1911 in France.My grandpawas born in 1877 and grandma was born in 1888.I would like to find my grandpa and grandma's parents names. |
