Notes for Anders Håkansson: As for the file Glivarp 1876 – 86:
Anders was born June 24 1861 at Hedeberga (nr 7), a hamlet in Spjutstorp in Kristianstads län (L– län). His parents were Håkan Månsson, born in Vallby in 1817, and his wife Sara Månsdotter, born in Löderup in 1821.
He left home in November 1878 and moved to Östra Vemmerlöv, L–län.
In November 1880 he moved to Östra Tommarp, L–län. He moved within Östra Tommarp, and came to Wranarp (nr 8), a hamlet in Ö.Tommarp, in 1882. Perhaps it was here he met Johanna.
As for Johanna:
From the file Glivarp 1876 – 86 you can see that Johanna was confirmed April 19 1878 and that she moved to Jerrestad, L–län, in October 1880. From the new file Järrestad AI:12 1881 – 1886 you can see that she moved to Tommarp (Östra Tommarp today) in October 1882. There you find her at Wranarp nr 8! (See below!)
In the new file Östra Tommarp AI:15 1880 – 1889 you can see that banns (lysning) took place in Östra Tommarp for Anders and Johanna in 1883 and that they moved to Vallby the same year. I don´t know when they married, since that book isn´t on the internet.
After this you will find them in the file Glivarp 1876 – 86! Here you can see that they got the boy Oscar in 1883 and moved back to Östra Tommarp in 1884!
You find them in the new file Wranarp 1. In accordance to this book they were married November 2 1883. In 1886 they were moved to Socknen.
In the new file Socknen 1886 you can see that Anders was in Amerika, and that all of them moved out from the parish in 1888.
Evidently Johanna and her children moved to Socknen when Anders went to USA. I am not quite sure what it means, but I have seen it before. It seems that people could still be registered for census purposes in one parish but probably been living in another. This is a guess. Socknen isn´t a name; socken means parish, socknen means the parish. (Perhaps Johanna lived with her parents then!)
I also send three other files (new):
Vallby AI:7 1859 – 1865
Vallby AI:8 1864 – 1868
Vallby AI:9 1867 – 1875
so that you can follow the family (Johan and Bolla).
In the files Vallby AI:7 1859 – 1865 and Vallby AI:8 1864 – 1868 you can read that Stufdr Maria Sjögren lived with Johan and Bolla. Stufdr (styvdotter nowadays) means stepdaughter. She was born April 24 1854 i Glivarp, Vallby. She was an illegitimate child of Bolla. The father´s name wasn´t mentioned.
