This photo of my great-great-grandmother RELTON (nee ARTHUR) (c.1833-1909) was found recently. It was inscribed by her daughter Lilly with the words "my mother". The original photo had discoloured and cracked with age, but my son has restored it digitally.
Susanna ARTHUR was born in Cheam, Surrey, and emigrated to Australia. In Sydney, in 1858, she married William RELTON from Holywell-cum-Needingworth, Huntingdonshire, England.
