This photo was taken in about 1896 when T.E.QUIGGIN returned to the IOM from Australia to help his brother's widow, Sophia Jane QUIGGIN. Ballagery farm, in the East Baldwin valley, Parish of Braddan, was bought by T.E.QUIGGIN's great-grandfather, John QUIGGIN, by Bill of Sale in 1764. This farm remained in the QUIGGIN family until about the end of the 1800's.
