This picture was scanned from a photocopy of a photo held by Phyllus SCHUBERT. Doreen SCHUBERT is standing between (probably) her half-cousin, Tom THOMPSON, and his father, Walter THOMPSON, presumed to be the husband of Emily THOMPSON nee QUAYLE of the IOM. (The original photo was taken during a visit to NZ by Doreen and her grandfather, T.E.Quiggin, in about 1927, when Doreen would have been about sixteen years of age.)
