This photo shows the joint headstone of William Joseph GALLAGHER(c.1836-1908), eldest son of William GALLAGHER and Jane GALLAGHER nee ALLEN of Londonderry, and of his wife Bridget GALLAGHER nee TUITE(1844-1911). He was the son of the owner of The Rose Inn, Merriwa, and she was the daughter of the owner of The Cricketer's Arms Hotel, Merriwa. They are buried beneath this joint headstone in the Merriwa Cemetery, Merriwa.
