Unfinished tombstone for J. A. & Jennie Lee Thurman (he died 03/12/1955) at Shiloh Cemetery, S. of Klondike, Delta Co., TX. "BUD" himself orderded that his name be spelled THURMON on his tombstone, saying that was the correct, ancestral way of spelling, even though he never used this spelling himself during his lifetime.
