This page is for those descendants of Searcys that were pioneers in the settling of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.My Searcy's came from Nottingham, England to Hanover County Virginia to Granville County North Carolina and on to Kentucky in the late 1700's.Several travelled with Daniel Boone and were instrumental in the establishing and protecting of Fort Boonesborough.My Searcy line was concentrated in Madison,Woodford,Shelby,Franklin and Anderson counties of Kentucky.Information exchanges, especially stories of the various Searcys' lives and adventures, are encouraged.
