Howard was born on November 3,1919 in Marion Co.Mississippi.His parent were Henry and Hattie Peter-Ball.Howard had three siblings, Ado, Audrey and Lonnie Ball. A fourth sibling died during infancy.Howard served in the U.S.Army during WWII. Howard,(Simp)as he was called, was the father of two children,Margorie and Sandra Ball.
Howard died on June 22, 1985.
