I am researching the families of my grandparents Sidney Newton North (1883-1957) and Eunice King North (1894-1984) who were married in Edmond, Oklahoma, on January 1, 1916, and moved to Wewoka, Oklahoma, around 1923.

Sidney Newton North is descended from John North (1615-1692) and Hannah or Mary Bird of Farmington, Connecticut. Before coming to Indian Territory, his family was from Carlyle, Clinton, Illinois. Eunice King is descended from Mansel King and James David King from Georgia and Benton/Calhoun, Alabama. She was born in Indian Territory in 1894.

I am interested in connecting with anyone working on the NORTH, KING, YARBROUGH, GRIFFIN, ROPER families.
