The State of South Carolina, by A. H. Fort, Ordinary of
Lexington District and State aforesaid, Whereas John Kneese, Administrator of
David See, late of said district, filed his
petition stating the indebtedness of said dec'd, and insufficiency of personal
assets to meet the same, and that dec'd died possessed of a tract of land in
Lexington, value of which is proved not to exceed one thousand dollars, leaving
a wife and children, to wit: Elizabeth See
(widow), Nathaniel See, Christenah See, and David See, who
