"Harvey Valentine Cole of Motana"

Looking for Harvey Valentine Cole. His father was Fredrick Charles Cole. Can't find his death record. Possibly Iowa,Montana, Idaho. He was living in Montana in 1910 to 1912.
The story goes he was missing on a ship in the pacific. He was a chief. I have pictures of him on a ship as a chief, but don't know the name of the ship. Any information would be helpful. He married Sarah Catherine Taylor from Indiana. They had twins, Molly Iona,Mary Leona on 12/3/1910. Then Dorothy Larene on 1/19/1912. All the children born in Montana. His father died in Billings, Montana. Harvey and Sarah married in Valier, Montana.

I have connected 3000 people, but can't find Harvey, "My Grandfather". Please Help!
