| Ther are many Senac family member living in France and a few in the United States. Many Senac's in the US have roots in Louisiana and especially in New Orleans, Louisiana (NOLA). The earliest Senac family member that I have identified is guilhamolou de Senac circa 1400, France. My great grandfather immigrated into the US in 1866. We believe he daparted France through Bourdeaux and entered the US in the Port of New Orleans. His name was Jean-Marie Senac(b. Bernadet de Bat France October 28,1848 d.NOLA October 21, 1908).
