The Barbara Setterlund/Lamberts Home Page

I am researching the SETTERLUND family. Frank Setterlund and hisbrother Edward (Eric Peter) came from Sweden and appeared in the
1900 census in Addison NY. Edward appeared in the 1910 census
in Rib Lake, Taylor County, Wisconsin. Frank Setterlund married
Maude DE WITT about 1918 and had a son Frank G. Setterlund in
Redcliff Alberta Canada in 1919. They settled in Comstock Park,
MI.

I am also researching the LAMBERTS family who settled in Grand
Rapids MI and Holland MI. Dirk Lamberts came from Zwolle,
Gelderland, Netherlands in 1907 with his brother Cornelius and
Cornelius' wife Altje. Dirk met his future wife Jennie VAN STRIEN
on the ship. She came from Wolfaartsdijk, Zeeland, the
Netherlands with her parents Peter and Francina BAYENS Van Strien.

Other names I am researching are YOUNG (Truman Young of Plainfield Township Michigan who was born in Canada and first appeared in Michigan USA census in 1850.) He served in the Mexican war and the Civil war. Also BERNOT and PREIKSHA from Lithuania, and BORYSIEWICZ or BORIS and CHOMICKA or CHOMICKI from Poland. Also William DEWITT born 1822-1837 in Canada
married to Cynthia RANDALL, parents of Allen DeWitt of Tallmadge Township and Alpine Township Michigan and Charles
DeWitt.
