I have researched my father's DESHOTELS and my mother's CARRIERE from now back to France in mid 1500's. I have my direct line pretty well filled, however there are lots of empty slots around the edges. I also would like to know where the Deshotels originated from. They appeared in Malicorn France about mid 1500's as tailors.
I am also researching my husband's family of SEXTON'S. These seem to be more elusive.
Alexander Calvin Sexton, b 1821 in TN. Marroed Lucy Stockett
9 Oct 1843, in Williamson county, TN They had 11 children, James, Jane, Margaret, Samuel, Stephan, Augusta, Nancy, Charles, William, Robert Lee, and Mary. Can anyone tell me who his parents were, and did he have siblings.

I would appreciate any information and would be happy to share any of the information I have. Thanks
