I am researching my g-grandmother Lottie Mills who married a Riggs fora short time. They had 3 girls that I know of and parted company. Edna Riggs born about 1900-1901 Mr. Riggs took with him. The other 2 were taken to Pennsylvania and adopted out. Genevieve Riggs born 1903, Death 1994 Springfield, Oregon was adopted by H. Mclure(McClure) and taken to Washington State where he worked on the Railroad. She married my grandfather Oliver Shields and lived the remained of her life in and around Venta, Oregon. Ruth Riggs born Oct.9,1905 Death March 31,1933 in Akron, Ohio, was adopted by M. Kellar. She married R. Williams and had 2 daughters and 1 son. Any information would be much appreciated.
