      1. Samuel Lyons1, born 1749 in Georgia, USA (now known as Pensecola, Escambia Co. Fl1; died 1804 in Mobile, AL, USA1. He married (1) Elizabeth Rehama in Ga.. She was born 1751 in GA, USA, and died in Alabama/MS Territory.

of Tombigbee, Alabama
Born: Abt. 1740-1749, and came to the Tombigbee area about 1770, then the Alabama / Mississippi Territory.

He lived in the area of Tombigbee, Alabama, and died Abt. 1804 in the Tombigbee area just above Mobile.
He married Elizabeth(Rehama?) Bet. 1760-1765 in Georgia, now known a Pensecola, Escambia Co, FL.

Samuel had at least three sons.
1. Amos John Paul Lyons: Born: Bet 1765-1775 in GA. He married Rosalie Ballard of Mobile, AL. Amos and Rosalie lived in Heron Bay, AL. She is the daughter of Phelen Ballard and Mercy Havens. Mercy descended from the Havens family that moved to Jackson County,MS

2. Charles Samuel Lyons:Born: in 1780in the MS/ AL Territory, and according to census was living in Jackson Co. MS in 1840. He married Henriette "Ritta" Batiste the daughter of Pierre Baptiste and wife Margarite Jacob.
It appears that both Charles and Henriette had died by 1850, as their two youngest children were living with their sister Margaret and her husband, Jesse Long in the 1850 Census Jackson County, MS.

Henriette had a brother Bedo Batiste(Baptiste) who died in Mobile County, AL., about 1850. He had no children. His estate was being settled in early 1853 it names his heirs and includes the children of Henriette and Charles Lyons.

3. William Lyons Sr. Born 1780, He married MaryPoly Cole, March 3, 1813 in Mobile, AL , and lived in Heron Bay, AL.
