Notes for Henry Bullard: State of Missouri, County of McDonald- We Thomas Shelly, as principal and Daniel Harmon and M.S. Redman as Securities are hereto and firmly found in to the State of MIssouri for the use of Cordelia Isabell and Mary J. Shelley, James Calvin Shelly and Henry Boon Shelly, minor heirs of Henry Bullard deceased in the just and full sum of three hundred $300.00, Dollars, for the payment of which, we bind ourselves, our heirs, Executors and administrators, firmly by these presents. Witness our hands and seals this 14th day of April, 1873. The condition of the above bond is, that if Thomas Shelly guardian and Curator of the person and Estate of the said Minors, shall faithfully discharge his duties as such Guardian & curator according to law, then the above obligation shall be void, Otherwise, shall remain in full force.
