Since she and Wilson list they were both married for 45 years she must be Catherine and went by Tressa. She listed her father as born Unknown and her mother as born in Ohio (2). She was listed with Wilson in the 1856 Iowa census in Centre township in Decatur county Iowa where she said to be a 2 year resident of Iowa (3).

Her father is listed as also born in Ohio (9). Frank Gardner was the source of the death certificate info (9). She was buried in Decatur Cemetery 25 Nov 1910 (9). An obituary for her appeared in the "Leon Reporter" in Leon Iowa on Thursday 1 Dec 1910. In it her maiden name was Miss Catherine Nightwine born in Columbia co Ohio 3 Feb 1837 and died in Decatur City Iowa 24 Nov 1910 (10).
