The Cash Family of Kentucky and Texas & Related Lines

This page is dedicated to my grandmother, Frances Elizabeth Cash. She first got me interested in genealogy and helped me get started on this project.I wish she was here to see it.

This page covers the descendants of John Cash of Lincoln/Pulaski Counties, Kentucky. I believe John was the grandson of William Cash, the Revolutionary War veteran.

I am planning to include descendant reports on other lines as time permits. I have information on most of the wives ancestors. I have split my family tree file into separate files for each family so I can't put up one big report that includes them all.

Milton Green Cash (my great great grandfather) married Gabriella Campbell Singleton. The "Descendants of Robert Singleton" gives information on her ancestors.

Gabriella Singleton's mother was named Winifred Steadham. The "Descendants of Luloff Stiden" gives information on her ancestors. Most of this information came from Leslie Ann Shamus, lashamus@mindspring.com, Descendants of Timen Lulofsson Stiddem Dr., (www.familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/s/h/a/Leslie-A-Shamus/index.html)

Gabriella's grandmother was Harriet English. The "Descendants of Thomas English" gives information on her lineage.

  Joshua English was the brother of Harriett English. In his will he names his nephews and nieces, proving the existence of Gabriella Singleton. His will was recorded July 1838 in Clarke County Alabama.
