2. WILLIAM (SHORTRIGG)² SHORTRIDGE ((SHORTRIGG)¹) was born Abt. 1698 in Howe Lee, Rulewater, Roxburghshire, ST¹, and died September 21, 1753 in Stapleton, Cumberland, ST. He married BETTY ROUTLEDGE.
