This photo taken directly from the LWT of John Lee of Leesville shows that he named "SON IN LAW ALEXANDER LEE". Many people have said that Alexander's name was Samuel Alexander Lee because of the misreading of the handwriting but you can see it clearly says "son in law Alexander Lee".
