Clarissa Silke (daughter of Michael John Silke and Rose Elizabeth Pollington) was born 25 March 1938 in Palmyra Park, Galway, and died 12 June 1942 in House, Dominick St., Galway.
Notes for Clarissa Silke: Nuns in the Bower were saying a novena to the Sacred Heart that what ever was best for the child would happen, and it was on the feast of the Sacred Heart that she died. Her father was sitting up with her during the night she died, when Clarissa said to him "Why are you crying Dad this is a very Holy thing"
