Elizabeth Lea Allen (daughter of Thomas Allen and Elizabeth Bowman) was born December 14, 1893 in New Hope, Taylor Co. Kentucky, and died February 01, 1984 in Louisville, Jefferson Co. Kentucky. She married (1) Philip Leslie Lucas on 1906 in Kentucky, son of Benedict D. Lucas and Josephine Harp. She married (2) Emery Lester Davisson on November 04, 1928, son of John Davisson and Newberry.

Grandma out lived 2 husbands, her son, and 2 of her daughters. She was born and raised in the Catholic church, but converted to Christianity when she married her second husband, Emery Davisson.
She raised her grand son, James Pruitt, who was the son of Mildred Davisson. Grandma & "Jimmy" lived in Cloverport KY. until Jimmy was about 12 years of age. From there, they moved and lived in Louisville, KY. Grandma spent the rest of her years near her daughters in Louisville KY.
She was short & heavy. Had Black straight hair and brown eyes. Her face was wide and her lips small.
