The Family of Emmett Leo Skaggs

A lot of the information has not been verified, some of the information is in question, etc. I have attempted to put it together in hopes it would come back around and find me.
My most wanted ancestor is the parents of Elijah Skaggs and his wife Harriet Skaggs. They were married March 17, 1846 in Green County, Kentucky. Matthew Skaggs gave permission? Elijah died during the Civil War and Harriet remained in the Green County Area until her death October 3, 1878. I have a lot of information I will willingly share with anyone interested.
