Have names that include all branches of the tree but there is one very special 'link' that I am looking for above all. Louisa STRICKLAND married to Uriah R. HOLDEN.b.1846 d.a few weeks after childbirth in May or June of 1879 . She was my GGreatGrandmother. Possibly lived at the time in Atlanta Fulton Co., Ga and may have been originally from N or S.C. Sshe is buried in the Old Oakland Cemetery in Atlanta. Uriah had served in the Confederate army and possibly moved to Atlanta afterward. We now know her Parents were Arthur Strickland and Nancy Carnes. 'Loueasy'(apparently a nickname) for Louisa Strickland Holden. We now have a marriage date, but no marriage place. Many researchers seek the assistance of anyone with any documentation of these missing facts. We do know that her children were: Artie Lewis Holden 1875-1965 Nancy(sis) Holden 1863-1921, John Holden 1867 - d.?, Andrew Jackson Holden 1865-1946, Savannah Holden 1872 - d.? and Louisa Elizabeth Holden 1879-1955.(Named for the 'Louesy' above.)
