In the matter of the Estate of Jan Slag, Sr. deceased:
I, Jan Slag of the Township of Olive, County of Ottawa and State of Micigan by occupation a farmer make this my last Will and Testament after paying all debts and charges against me, I give and bequeath and divide my Estate and property to each of my children, an equal share to eachof them, that is to say to Harm J. Slag, and to Barteld J. Slag, and Johanna Margarita Slag, and to Altje Slag, Cornelia Slag, Frederick Slag, Jan Slag, Jr., and to Delia Slag, all of the above named children of which each of them shall share of my propertys, after deducting fifty dollars what I give and bequeath to Oswald D. Vander Sluis and I appoint Harm J. Slag and Barteld J. Slag of the Township of Olive, County of Ottawa and State of Michigan by occupation farmers, Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.In Witness whereof I have signed and sealed and published and declared this Instrument as my Last Will at the Township of Olive, County of Ottawa and State of Michigan this 15th day of October, A.D. 1874
